BALBOA BANDWAGON WITH MICKEY AND KELLY
SATURDAY 11 & SUNDAY 12 FEBRUARY 2012
A weekend of balboa workshops for intermediate standard dancers and above.
Venue
The workshops and evening dance will be held at Langtree School, Reading Road, Woodcote, Reading Berkshire, RG8 0RA, MAP
Langtree School is about 10-15 minutes drive from the centre of Reading and there is plenty of car-parking on site. The nearest train stations are Reading and Henley-on-Thames.
Workshops
Saturday
Doors open at 10.00 am and the first workshop will begin promptly at 10.30 am.
We will take a short break sometime during the morning and break for lunch at
around 1.00 pm.
The second workshop will start at 2.30 pm and finish around
4.30 pm
with another break sometime during the afternoon.
Sunday
Doors open at 10.30 am and the first workshop will begin promptly at 11.00.
We will take a short break sometime during the morning and break for lunch at
around 1.00 pm. The second workshop will start at 2.30 pm and finish at 4.00 pm
and will be followed by a tea dance.
Food
A buffet lunch on both Saturday and Sunday is included in the price of the event as are tea, coffee and snacks during the workshops. Vegetarians will be catered for but anyone with other dietary requirements may wish to bring extra supplies!
Evening Dance
The evening dance will start at 8.30 pm and finish late!
Non- alcoholic cocktails will be provided free at the dance.
