New Venue

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have had to change our venue for the whole event to Shiplake Memorial Hall, Memorial Avenue in Shiplake Cross, RG9 4DW, 500 yards from the A4155 Henley to Reading Road. It is 10 minutes' drive from Henley and 15 minutes' drive from Reading. There is plenty of parking on site and they have a beautiful dance floor.  If this change of venue presents any difficulties, please EMAIL HERE.

Lunchtimes & Refreshments

The Memorial Hall is in the little Village of Shiplake Cross and there are very few restaurants nearby. We suggest you either bring a packed lunch or buy some lunch to bring with you.

There is a local corner shop in Shiplake village - The Corner Shop Station Rd, Lower Shiplake, Henley-on-Thames RG9 3NY but if you would like a more varied selection  there is a Tesco supermarket at 359 Reading Road, Henley on Thames RG9 4HA which is a 6 minute drive from Shiplake.

We will provide tea/coffee and snacks but please note, if you have any special dietary requirements or preferences, please bring your own supplies.
